Founded in 2003 by President Brian Brady, Vice president Martin LaGue, and Secretary/Treasurer Jenean Brady, Totally Tanker Interiors is a family owned and operated business. It is also the sister company of
Truck Tub International. If you are familiar with Truck Tub, then you are aware of the importance we place on providing exceptional service at affordable prices. These qualities are just as important to us at Totally Tanker Interiors.
Eight years ago, due to ever changing regulations, Truck Tub began researching automated tanker washout systems. At that time the majority of the systems were being thrown together as cheaply as possible. The spray balls used in those systems quickly proved to be unsanitary and ineffective. As a result, half of the tankers we washed out were other peoples rejects. This combined with the fact that our rejection rate was already one of the lowest in the industry, resulted in our quest for an automated system being put on the back burner.
Three years ago stricter requirements forced us to begin our search again. We were surprised to find that during the last five years, the quality of automated systems had not improved. In fact many of the systems used five years ago were still in operation.
The next three years were spent talking to manufacturers, government agencies, tanker companies, and Rabbis. Unable to find an exisiting system that we felt was 100% compliant, we enlisted a reputable design and fabricating company, to help us design our own system.
Which brings us to today and the recent construction of our 3A state of the art washout system. Its features include 3A approved sanitary piping, spinners, pumps, boiler, tanks, and frame. It is fully automated with the ability to chart both ph levels and water temperatures. Both the caustic and sanitizer used in the process are approved by the USDA and are certified for use in Kosher washouts.
Our system is 100% JPA compliant. Our prices are competitive, our quality and service are second to none. Your companies ability to have your tanks washed out according to the requirements of the USDA and JPA is finally a reality.
